Toohga takes privacy very seriously. In this document, we explain which types of information we collect and what's our legal basis for doing so. We also inform you about your rights on the information you provide to us.
Toohga is a service to create shorthand URL's which are redirecting to a longer target URL. If you have any questions regarding privacy, feel free to contact our privacy team at any time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
In order to operate our services in the best possible way, we're collecting different types of data. Depending on which of our services you're using, that's the data we collect:
WEBSITE / APPLICATION when using our service by creating a short URL, we're storing the data you entered (the target URL) including your IP address and the time of the request (due to security reasions and to prevent abuse of our service). Short URL's are being deleted after 14 days, but the short URL needs to be opened after 14 days in order to trigger the deletion. If it's necessary due to security reasons, we might store the IP address associated with the short URL creation longer than 14 days.
WEBSITE / USAGE DATA when visiting our site, we store your anonymized IP address/hostname, general device information (OS and browser version, screen resolution, language/country) and the date, time and duration of the visit. We use that data to optimize our website.

SERVER / SECURITY when it comes to maintaining the security of our servers, it might be necessary and be a legitimate interest to store the full IP address of a connection device, e.g. to prevent attacks.
E-MAIL / SUPPORT when sending an e-mail to us, we're storing your name, e-mail and other data provided by you in order to process your request.
You have the right to be informed about any of your personal data stored by Toohga, as well as the right correction and deletion of this data, the right of limitation, the right of objection and the right to data transferability.
